But in all fairness, here he said it's within the contract that Agent remain PS3 exclusive. Other Exclusive claims have been word of mouth only. We had no indication what so ever that there was a contract signed, and even if there was, we had no idea of the contents. Here Jack T. is implying, rather explicitly (sounds oxymoronic) :P that there is a signed contract between Sony and R*, and the contract states that Agent cannot appear on another platform.

again, I believe R* will push the blu-ray and PS3 to its limits. R* also wanted the opportunity to go big and couldn't do so with the 360. AGENT coming to 360 is a no go. PC,maybe.This is my long shot.

I'm a 360PS3 owner so it doesn't really concern me whether it stays exclusive or not. However, if Rockstar want to maintain their statement they have no bias towards either console they should even it out and make a new 360 exclusive or just not make exclusives at all.

Like he says, contracts can not be broken, sony doesn't play with timed exclusives. This is coming from the CEO of Sony so I'm sure it is a reliable source.

Loop holes always exist... look at Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2... remake the core engine and the entire game can be ported over as a 'remake' bypassing any contracts or obligations.

That's stupid Jack, basically advertising your contract with Rockstar. If you want to play that game publicly, you can expect Microsoft to retaliate.
