I'm only going to rank the ones I own
1) Wii U (the only current gen console with a good number of really high quality games)
2) 3DS (has a decent selection of games right now)
3) PS4 (has Bloodborne)
PS4 is still young though.
PC means "the whole history of PC games to date" in comparison with systems that are not even 2-4 years on the market?
If this is the case, then it would be:
PC > WiiU (thanks to Splatoon, otherwise it would be below 3DS) > 3DS > PS4 = Xbox One (it seems PS4 will have the better multiplatform games tecnically speaking -although the AF problem is a bit worrisme, maybe because of the unified memory architecture limitations?- but I do think that Sony's first party offerings are weak, really weak) > Vita (since Sony abandoned the console it's mostly been an otaku machine with some Monster Hunter clones and Persona 4).
Otherwise, if by PC you mean "what has been released since the console you're comparing it was also released" then for me it's:
WiiU > 3DS > PC (although I prefer to play RPGs on consoles, they still are available on PC and I prefer RTS games to the few exclusive games of those consoles) > PS4 = XBOne > Vita
1. PC - Plays 90% of the multiplats this gen for me.
2. Vita - great games on the go like Persona 4, Mortal Kombat 9, Injustice, a boat load of JRPG's and great ports of many top indies.
3. PS4/Xbone - So far not to impressed with either. To be honest my Xbone only gets played because of my friends and Destiny. The PS4 was an indie machine for the most part. I bought Bloodborne because I'm a Souls fan. But it just didn't grab me like the rest. I still haven't mustered enough want to finish it. I think I left of on Nightmare of Mensis.
4. 3DS - This system was hard to place because it rarely gets played. I know most people see it as the best handheld and that is fine. I do not like the ergonomics, the screen is low quality and it makes eyes hurt after a bit of use. The library is subjectively better than the Vita's as well. Again depending on who you ask. I did buy a Link Between Worlds and am enjoying well enough.
5. Wii U - The bottom feeder of this group. While it has good to great Nintendo exclusives, it has little else. That's cool if you love Nintendo. But after playing the same franchises for 20 years. I need more than that to grab me. I did enjoy some Bayonetta 2 though. NX will need to be MUCH better than this to grab me and Nintendo see another red cent from me.
Wii U and Xbone don't interest me that much, 3DS has a few decent games but i would rank PC over it because i use it from time to time. But i play games mostly on Vita and PS4 and enjoy the games there the most.
PC (Best exclusives, best multiplatform games, controller options, free online, least expensive games)
Wii U (Best exclusives outside of PC)
PS4 ( I give the PS4 the edge over the X1 due to the UI being much better and better multiplatform game performance)
X1 (Good exclusives, but not very diverse with Halo, Forza, Gears)
3DS (Decent exclusives but graphically dated and the 3D is pointless and I never use it)
Vita (Even Sony gave up on this one, so sad considering what the machine is capable of)
1.Xbox One.
Not going to say everything else is shit, simply because I have not tried any other thing except the PC gaming, witch I hated.
