Very, very underwhelming. You can hardly tell they're using the same engine as Horizon. The world looks so incredibly bland.
The gameplay looks boring as shit as well. There was absolutely no moment where I thought; "Oh man, I can't wait to play that!".
And the fact that we're supposed to play as Norman Reedus is extremely distracting to me.

The only thing that was interesting was the story/setting. It's weird enough and there's a lot of potential there. But as a game? Not impressed so far.

I think i'm the only one that thinks it looks great. I like the feel of isolation and vast landscapes. Excited to see more.

I found it to be interesting and full of mystery.

Didn't really answer a lot......apart from the odd hint and clue about time going forward or something like that...

The more they show of the game, the less hyped I am. I'm hoping the amount of walking was just exaggerated for effect. And it was unfortunate that Death Stranding was shown after the other games, because visually it's not in the same league. So DS is "b" tier graphically AND looks like a bunch of walking and cut-scenes? No thank you...

For now, **** that game.

I saw gameplay trailer and was still confused at what the hell I was watching. The whole walking/hiking around was just underwhelming. The concept of Death Stranding looks interesting and unique but until I see more of the game I have 0 interests in picking this up.

It was week and at this point its too much teasing. Its seems like Kojima is still figuring out what kinda gameplay he wants to make wiith the thing. They show the character walking around because they got nothing so far. All the vagueness are no longer cool. Hint like level the character is compare to who ever he was talking to. The ending cut after the character die without showing what happens cause the game hinted at death return mechanic was stupid. Just ****in tell us already. It just comes of as them buying time from there mistake of anouncing a game before gameplay concept was fleshed out.

Kojima needs to go away for a bit and come back when he actually got something. How much money is he spending hiring his favourite actresses lol.

I get the feeling even THEY don't know what the game is about yet.

That being said a beautiful and interesting trailer. But I think this a few years off just yet.

Seems like the focus will be the story, with some exploration moments and "horror" sections. Some parts of the world do kinda look bland.

Not my type of game but somehow I'm still intrigued by it. I still want to try it.

I loved it myself. The game looks gorgeous and I find the whole thing incredibly intriguing and thought provoking. I can’t wait to actually get this game and experience it.

I thought it was great! I’m excited to see if you can climb anywhere like BotW because that would be amazing. And the solidarity in the trailer truly struck me. I’m hyped.

These are the types of games you should be encouraging. I can barely pinpoint any video game, film, or novel reference to what I've just seen. That's amazing for a relatively young medium and you're going to blow it out of the water because it looks like a 'walking simulator with no combat'.

Your reactions are why Bioware make a Destiny clone and think they've done a good job.

Really not sure about anything it got

Me questioning my own intelligence.

Walking sim without any charm. Hell even though that Shenmue is also more about exploration than beeing an old school game it still has it's charm. This game doesn't have that.

From that moment I saw that Baby's ass I was keep skipping the cutscenes since I know that they were just designed to confuse you to hell.

Wierd/10... I am still as interested as ever.

People will finally realize Kojima was the problem not Konami when this game releases.

I found it kind of boring to be honest. Also that toenail ripping scene and that woman eating whatever the **** that is are both gross.

if I want cinematic i will just watch a movie and I am tired of games (and movie) with things like 'death' in the title.

I liked it a lot, it seems Sony did show the worst trailer at e3 imo. The game has a sort of Stephen King vibe going for it, and I like it. Also curious to know he’s always hauling stuff is it part of the loot system, is it mission based, or both?

I bet you $900,000 that the majority of dumb asses on here didn't pay attention to the dialogue in that trailer hinting on what makes those craters (hint it has to do with your character/sam, death and time). That scenery is just fraking gorgeous and it sets the tone of the game, Sam is a "delivery" person, hell the chicks jacket said "fragile" so most likely she's a rival or apart of a different pony express. Also notice how those "beings" (the floaty black ones) have only showed up when the baby is around. Something tells me those beings are after infants.....well mostly them
