Eurgh, it's probably that Switchblade thing that won't run anything unless it's 8 years old, way to show how great PC gaming is guys! I've never really liked Razer that much, they make good stuff but their style is just horrible, it plays into that whole "All PC gamers want LED's on everything and cool words like Xtreme will sell products to them!"bobbetybob
Precisely why I am a Logitech person.

I swear if it's the Switchblade still using that crappy intel atom they're really going to make themselves look bad.
How many threads about this are necassary? It's quite obvious that PC gaming isn't dead.

On top of this it would hypothetically be the last to die because nearly everyone has some type of computer which can play some type of game.

This is the first time this has been posted(at least, on SW)
Seriously? People having been saying PC gaming is dead for years on this board. Attention span, whatEurgh, it's probably that Switchblade thing that won't run anything unless it's 8 years old, way to show how great PC gaming is guys! Dude, pretty much every gaming accessory is marketed like that.
Also, Razer Deathadder looks pretty awesome, although I am using Logitech right now.
I don't care much about their more gimmicky products but Blackwidow is an excellent KB and Deathadder is a great mouse.
If you'd have read the first post, you'd realize that this thread is different then.. well EVERY SINGLE OTHER PCGAMINGISDEAD threads. xDHow many threads about this are necassary? It's quite obvious that PC gaming isn't dead.

If it still uses atom its dead on arrival unless it super cheap and i doubt it will be amd apu would be much better for a portable device[QUOTE="NoodleFighter"][QUOTE="bobbetybob"]Eurgh, it's probably that Switchblade thing that won't run anything unless it's 8 years old, way to show how great PC gaming is guys! The I hear the prototype atom is only like 15% more powerful then the most powerful one on the market currently.
It seems people would only buy it just to rip off the keyboard if it still had atom in it.

I would make use of the touch screen, though. Something like a second screen for steam chat, icons, etc.We don't need to remind people that PC gaming is going strong. It's something that is implied, hence debate among consoles rather than debate among PC and consoles.princeofshapeir

This is a marketing campaign for a Razer product announcement, not an anti "PC gaming is dying" thread.
Isn't it weird that you never actually hear anyone say PC gaming is dead, but then we always hear that its "totally NOT dead" from the PC community?
Its like, no one said it was.
*goes to website release*
*my reaction*
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Looks like we're on our own again
Prove PC Gaming isn't dead by releasing a gaming laptop that nobody can afford. fantastic.Birdy09
That's razer for yah.
Vegeta what does the price tag say about it's price level!
IT'S OVER $900!!!!
6.9 lbs. Portable my butt. And how can they put a measley gt 555m in a 17" form factor? You're better off with a real gaming laptop @ 15" instead.
Seriously, this is one of the more pathetic announcements I remember seeing lately. You can get a laptop with a GT 555M that weighs less for under $800.6.9 lbs. Portable my butt. And how can they put a measley gt 555m in a 17" form factor? You're better off with a real gaming laptop @ 15" instead.
