boy I can't wait to play the Wii version ofMetroid Prime, Eternal Darkness, STarwars Rouge Leader, ect... Sure they are old games but I'm willing to fork over another 30 bucks to play them again.

Sounds great to me! I never played it before.

And I don't think RE4 being #1 says that wii owners want more ports as we have tons of ports that never even make it in the top 50 let alone top 10.

Port or not, old or not, RE4 is and always will be an amazing game. RE4 in the top 10 tells us that wii owners want more great action games.

wow this is sad. casuals own the wii. i just dont understand why gamecube didn't sell well. alot of nintendo's top games on wii were basically the top games on gamecube but they didn't sell nearly as well as they are doing now. re4 number one selling wii game and this is the third remake, second one on nintendo platforms.-Renegade

Not to nitpick, but how is RE4 a casual game? It's not the hardest game ever, but it's not exactly the easiest, either, and it takes at least a certain amount of skill to play through it. I'd argue that the reason RE4 is selling so well is because it's hardcore friendly, meaning that people who have been into games for a while are the ones picking up the Wii edition (especially due to the lack of serious/non-mini game titles on the Wii). I personally played through RE4 for the GC 3 or 4 times, and wanted to see how it worked with the new controls. Well you know what? It's even better. People that know games have probablyat the very least heard good things about RE4, and for a lot of them that alone justifies thepaltry $29.99 price tage.That's why it's selling, not because little 9 year old Timmy saw it and decided to pass on Mario Party 8 in favor of killing brainwashed Spaniards...

Surely you haven't played every single game yet? There are some old games that i didn't play before and want to play again. And stop trying to make the wii controls insgnificent by saying waggle. Would tennis be the same in real life if all you do is press a button? I would much rather swing thnx
