Yeah, anandtech has a benchmark showing that there almost equal... it's just because the 275 is higher clock that he can keep up. Cool you Canadian too AAAA lol.

BEWARE the power of the 9600GT :P For some reason the benchmark didn't take advantage of SLI. i ran it with a single card and sli and result are the same. Hope the final version fixed it.

For this threads topic. I have allready played the 360 version. For me agraphics increses isn't a good enough reason to purchase another copy.

lol touche. there the few exceptions where the PC version sucks (RE4, DMC3, Lost Planet, Halo etc) same can be said for consoles aswell.

Graphics maxed out, 2x AA, Vertical Sync on.

I was getting an average of 91.4 fps with AA and vertical sync turned off.

AMD Athlon x2 4800+ @ 2.4GHz

2GB DDR400 RAM

PNY GTX 275

51.8FPS avg on the gameplay one. Everyone high no AA or vertical sync @ 1024x768.

Still playable, but I should be getting TC's frames or more if I were to upgrade my mobo ram and CPU.

I think my ram is seriously holding me back, being DDR400 and all.

That's a huge drop for such a small amount of AA

V-Sync should only have a 1-5fps hit.

Your CPU is holding your GPU back... its basically a bottleneck to your graphics card. And at that resolution you dont need a GTX 270.

That graphics card by itself costs $500.

Mine cost me $300 back in January. Stop exaggerating. Though to be fair that is still as much as a whole 360. Best gaming purchase of this gen thus far however. If I could only keep my GTX 280 PC, my PS3, or my 360, I wouldn't even think. PC.

I wouldnt be suprised if my meger rig beat consoles on this!
