I would like to buy this when this game and Odyssey both get lowered prices in the future. Probably, after the next gen which I hope the prices get lowered. I'm thinking about $30 or less.

I am more interested in how the XBOS will run the game you know the version 95% or so of the xbox user base has,because the X model doesn't magically increase performance on the S model which is what almost all lemmings have.

I’m curious whether R* will eventually implement a first person view as they did with GTA. One thing that concerns me is having to upkeep the morale of the camp. Do I have to continually hunt, etc, otherwise I’ll miss out on certain benefits or missions? This feature could turn out to be an annoyance more than fun.

Interestingly enough on Xboxwire.com which is basically official Xbox blog, they actually made a post with a frequently asked questions and one of the question was about the true 4k resolution.
So in that page it was actually explained that true 4k resolution may consist of native 4k resolution checkerboard / sparse rendering resolution or dynamic resolution scaling. Which is interesting statement because it means that they are pretty much doing the same thing as Sony does with the dynamic 4k.
So, it’s going to be basically a war between dynamic 4k and true 4k resolution. Interestingly enough none of these companies is actually saying anything about native resolution because they cannot really promise a native resolution in every single game and that’s both for PS4 Pro and Xbox One X.

Look at it this way the xbox one and PC play uncharted and god of war at zero frames per second.
You may argue performance but when everything you have can be have elsewhere you simple have a problem,worse if you want to argue performance,on PC there is more than the xbox one has and you don't even have to pay for xbox live,you may try to argue that for the Pro,but then again you can't play uncharted or GOD on PC.

The witcher was advertised as dynamic 1080p on xbox one,and the game during gameplay never achieve 1080p ever.
Microsoft's 4K definition was ripped from Hollywood's 4K H.265 pixel reconstruction movies, but X1X has better chance for PC like 4K pixel count when PS4 Pro's version is at 1440p.
