Refreshing to see the fighting genre make a huge comeback this gen

Street Fighter 4, Blazeblu, Tekken 6, Tekken Tag 2, Street Fighter X Tekken, MvC3, Mortal Kombat, TvC, fightpads and tournament sticks actually being retailed in local retailers not just online. Ahhh..... reminds me of those Genesis, SNES, Psone, Saturn, Dreamcast days. Only thing we're missing is a Rival Schools and Power Stone reboot.

Aye and you know the best thing about this refreshing genre comeback is that it can only be experienced fully on console.

Maybe it's because I was playing Guilty Gear and Soul Calibur all of last gen. 8)

i wouldn't say its a comeback - last gen was better for fighters- however, this gen is quite good as well.

there were better fighters last gen. no fighting game this gen is as good as soulcalibur 2.

although there is ssbb which is amazing. basically the only 2 fighting series I play though :P
