Remaining 'top' Wii games for 2007 -- something for everyone.

Just thought i'd make a list of Wii games for the rest of 2007. Now that i look at it. Its a list with games that have potential, and some games we know will be good (SSBB, SMG).

Bolded games are for online titles, underlines are for leaderboards, and italics are for Downloadable content/WC24 Features.

I havent put ALL the games there, but i've put the main ones. Theirs something there for everyone. Heres the list for those interested:

I think this list shows off games that anyone can be interested in. I think its a good list. It might not be able to compare to other consoles, but at least it has something there for everyone who owns a Wii, and maybe some games there for people who dont own a wii, have a reason to get one.

I know theres going to be Wii-haters here, so if you have something to say against it, dont make it a dumb, generic comment -- at least have a valid point.

As for me, I'm very happy that I am a Wii owner this holiday season. :D

Yeah, I'm totally stoked for the Wii's holiday games. I know Mario Galaxy is my most anticipated game, but after that I'd put Mass Effect and Orange Box for the 360 #2 and #3. But after that all the games I want are Wii games. This is how my holiday wish list is shaping up. I'm sure it'll change though after reviews as I'm sure a few of these games will bomb, but regardless after this holiday season is over, I think the Wii will have added about 20 or so games that are worthy of owning.

Games that are definite Day 1 purchases for me include Super Mario Galaxy, Medal of Honor: Heroes 2, Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, Guitar Hero III, Zapper w/ Link's Crossbow training, and Super Smash Brothers.

Games that are probably Day 1 purchases for me include Battalion Wars 2, Trauma Center: New Blood, Mario & Sonic at the Olympics, and Zack & Wiki

Games that I might get as a Day 1 purchase if it gets great reviews but I'll probably just get it later next year when I need a game to play include NiGHTS, Manhunt 2, Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, Soul Calibur Legends, Need for Speed: Pro Street, Tony Hawk's Proving Grounds, Samurai Warrios Katana, Rygar: Battle of Argus, NitroBike, Geometry Wars: Galaxies, Rayman Raving Rabbids 2, Ghost Squad, MX Vs. ATV untamed, one of the 3 anime fighters (i.e. Naruto, Bleach, or Dragon Ball Z).

Geo Wars looks good, and some of the multiplats. Other than that, nothing.rhaigun
