My total hours on the wii since I got it in 2007 are less than 24 i imagine, its just not the system for me, my older brother plays it every once in a while though.
1,672 ppl is not half of the UK Wii owners. Misleading title TC

lol
If it was Half of the UK Wii Owners this should really be an Eye Opener for Nintendo that They need to do something and we probably would have saw them do something.
Like Release Xenoblade and The Last Story internationally.
Hmmm. I wouldn't believe that considering the Wii still sells a lot of games. If people aren't playing it, why is it selling games?

i havent played in a min.....been thinking about it
I play with my Wii every day, and sometimes, I have my friends come over to play with it, too!
Lol, sorry. I couldn't resist. I don't even own a Wii, but I would use one if I had one
True.
But its called a survey. You can use statistics to infer things based on a sample of the population.
Edit: Nevermind, it's an online poll.
I feel sad for those who missed DKCR.
If you don't like Nintendo 1st party, why even think of buying a Wii? I always research what I purchase.
I haven't since .. well selling it in 2009... it didn't get use for a year... and i needed ps3 game money..I haven't played mine since 07.

There's plenty of great Wii games that aren't Nintendo first party.
They just don't seem to appeal to the mainstream audience.
rotflol , ever heard you could lie!
i bet all 100 percent fo those people are liers ,
i can easily check no just to get those morons out of my hair lol
but does that mean i dont play it, no!
Kotaku's poll actually showed that 80% don't play it on a regular basis at all leaving only the hardcore Nintendo crowd if you think about it, which would make sense considering Nintendo's market share the last two generations when they didn't try and grab the casual crowd. Nintendo's first party games have been better and more ''must have'' in the past.
The only time I've played mine in the last year was because my brother gave me his unwanted unopened copy of Wii Sports Resort. I do have games for it, I have done my research and I just don't want to play it when I have all the other systems to choose from.
Mine is literally now in a closet.... my family upgraded to kinect! lol..
and even its barely being played now.
I haven't played that game, but I 'd.1,672 people = Half of the Wii owners in the UK?
Vesica_Prime
The games keep selling but they don't play them...
The survey or rather SW makes a major mistake. Multiple people own the same wii.
Still have not been able to convince myself to pick up the Wii. i could easily buy it right now if i wanted to do, but that would mean sacreficing my PC rig fund.
Not to mention,... i don't know. got more then enough games between what my laptop can handle and my PS3 to keep me happy and still gaming for the forseeable future. adding Mario and the gang, i simply do not have enough leisure time. would rather play other games.

If you have plenty of games and variation, then there is no need to get another system. I was in the same situation with my DS/Wii/PC, and yet i still bought a PS3 but it hardly gets any play time now. I already had enough games to play.Still have not been able to convince myself to pick up the Wii. i could easily buy it right now if i wanted to do, but that would mean sacreficing my PC rig fund.
