One of the best games of last-gen that I've never played, for only 30 bucks? Count me in.

It was ported by Ubisoft.
The ps2 version is superior to the GC one, all know that
it has more gameplay and gameplay is more important than graphics, hence superior
Gears360
And the Wii version has everything the PS2 version has, plus better graphics and better control. Wii version > PS2 verson...for only $30.

Didn't they release a patch or something that's floating on the net for that? The game played better on gamecube. looked better on gamecube. it was built for the gamecube. the only thing the ps2 version had was the ada missions. and they werent all that great versus the rest of the game. THe GC version was superior in gameplay and graphics. The ps2 version is superior to the GC one, all know that

i agree, and the lighting on the GC ver added much atmosphere, which the ps2 lacked significantly.

Cows are hyping Sigma.
Sigma is a complete graphical remake with tons of content added on. I actually am not too excited about it, but it's much more of a remake than a rerelease that RE4 Wii is sporting. PS2 version + lame gimmick controls tacked on, no thanks.

4th release
GC, PS2, PC, and now Wii
Lol forgot about the PC version.
Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition is Not the PS2 version as some are claiming. Its all gamecube Engine. Even Ada's Missions etc are all redone in the gamecube engine.
This is basically the equivelant of Sigma for Nintendo Owners. The Added content is "new" and was not in the prior nintendo version and the content was upgraded graphically to the superior engine.
Why are you insultingthe PC version? With the 1.10 patch it has better graphics than Gamecube version (just try to play on GC with 8xAA, 16xAF @ 1600x1200). I don't care for no mouse support, because i'm TRUE gamer and have Logitech Rumblepad II for console style games (Psychonauts, Tomb Raider Legends&Anniversary, Prince Of Persia series, Legacy Of Kain series, Silent Hill series etc). It goes like this: PC (1.10 patch)>Wii>GC>PS2.
I think the Wii version gets high AA. If they improved the gameplay even more, then AAA.

So about that Sigma hype...
RE4 hype: AA

It's still the 3rd release of the same game after 3 years.
Does the PC version patch make the graphics look more GCN/Wii level than PS2 level in regards to lighting and such? All I know is that RE4 PC is a perfect example of how NOT to port a game to the PC.Why are you insultingthe PC version? Updated graphics, tons more content. Wow, you just don't understand what's a remake and what's a rerelease.
