Coz y'know all that stuff you said is good and all but dynasty warriors has more enemies on a screen than Resident Evil 5 will does that make it cutting edge?

But hey, like I said if this doesn't come out on Wii I'll just buy it on the platform it will be best on, the PC.

I own a 360 and not a PS3, plus I love Final Fantasy games, and I'm still not dumb enough to believe for a split second that Final Fantasy XIII will grace the 360. I am, however, thrilled to see Square Enix showing the 360 some love. Hope Lost Odyssey is awesome.

Well, if you are lucky/rich enough to own one of those fancy new next generation high technology systems (PC,PS3,360), you should buy it on those. You're lucky to have that. Some of us only had enough to get a Wii, so we got that instead. Nintendo made the Wii more affordable to some of us.

Some of us Wii folk are hoping to see this game with some Waggle. It's like that guy said, it's like if they made RE4 on N64, which would be another idea. It's an idea. Good or bad, you be the judge.

The sales of RE4 on Wii are good. It's surprising too, with all the amazing Competition it had!

Somehow RE4, a AAA PS2/GC game ported, with Waggle is outselling other games like Chickenshoot, GT Pro Series, Far Cry: Vengeance, and Rappala's Tournament fishing. I don't know how Capcom does it!

Casual Adjusted Difficulty? Check.

Ability to point at enemy? Check.

Low Salesprice? Check

Either way, I look forward to pining and waiting and wishing for RE5 to come to Wii, because I don't want to play enhanced version's on launch day. I will wait.

What always get my attention with the Resident Evil games are the graphics, so a massive graphics downgrade would make enjoy the game less.

I really liked the controls for Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition, and I know gameplay is the most important aspect of games but in this case I would choose the version with better graphics. Why? Because no matter the controls, I know I'll enjoy the game, I played all the RE4 versions and although I enjoyed the Wii edition the most, I still had a blast with the other versions, so that's why I would choose the X360/PS3 version. (:

You can prefer what ever you like but its more accurate and much faster. If it was comprimised it would not have scored so well.

Any new RE game will fully utilize it and probably have much better motion gestures.

The Wii controls for RE4 really won me over on the Wii. So no doubt I will enjoy the Wii version of RE5 a lot more.

No just no. They would have to make it from the ground up. Either that or use the re4 engine

Either way if the game would play like re4 wii edition...I'm guessing it would be decent port or not.

RE4 was designed from the ground up for the GC. It was extremely easy to port it over to the Wii, only the controls needed to be adapted.

RE5 is being designed for the ground up for the 360 / PS3.

A Wii version would be inferior.

This has happened with RE4 GCN and PS2.

Even though from a technical standpoint the PS2 version was downgraded significantly, they still managed for it to look good enough that you can barely tell the difference unless you have both games (and what person would have both?).

Although the gap is bigger from PS3 to Wii, it's still possible.
