I've never heard of CV being called a lame duck or anything negative in general.

TC I think you mean to say RE5 and FF13

if by lame duck you mean underrated and clearly better than the games in the series that came before it than yeah totally.

Both were true gems back in the ol' days . I bought a Dreamcast for CV . Oh, and Resident Evil 4 was a solid 10 .
