Resistance 3-Online GamePlay-HD

Thought i'd share this to all, heres a new video gameplay for Resistance 3 online, im very impressed, looking good and the online beta should arrive next week for those who got the codes and public beta Early August

Man only if I had a PS3 to go with my PC I'm gonna buy resistance 3 as a fake present for my cousin so I can play it on his PS3.

Ugh the way the person moves around bothers me so much. It just seems so freakin' wrong and very off.

I agree with everyone else here god dang does the multiplayer look bland and boring, pretty much only the campaign interest me. Makes me wonder why people moan about some FPS not having multiplayer.

Because to the masses every FPS has to have multiplayer and it has to be like Call of Duty. It's really freakin' sad. Some games are just better off without a MP because if they include it, they get slammed for having something extremely similar. :roll:

The campaign is what I'm gonna buy this for because it looks really neat. I skipped the second because playing the first was boring as ****. This looks like a big improvement imo.

It certainly looks great, obvious improvements over past footage. It's also a lot smoother than other games available for PS3 (>.> Uncharted 3), but it seems like Battlefield 3 is really pushing the bar for FPS' and after coming off that 14 minute BF3 footage, this looks lacking.

I'm not too impressed, I will say I liked the map though. The stiff animations really bothered me.

Not looking so hot imo .... the game seems slow ... reminds me of Gears3 ... this is a very bad sign.

I just made a thread about multiplayer in fps :D

I also tried playing the first but it couldn't keep me in although the Chimera story interest me I pretty much want to find out their origin. Tried playing co-op with my cousins but it still didn't keep our interest we ended up turning it off and playing some MvC2

Strong hate in here. I can't believe I am goingto say this after R2 got a 9, but this is going to end up in a sleeper hit type situation. Everyone hates resistance, gives it no respect, and it looks like it is going to be very good.

On specifically multiplayer, I am tired of hearing:

[Insert game] looks like COD.

No matter what it looked like, many of you wouldn't like it anyways.

It's looking like a much better game than before and it's clear that they're really trying with this game, but it seems that after Resistance 2; nobody is giving Resistance 3 a chance.

The differance in the amount of time it takes to kill someone differentiates it right off the bat. It is also a much slower paced game. If they keep it relatively simple, people hate it. If they do too much, people hate it. The developers can't win.

Uncharted, Resistance, Battlefield, gears looks like COD. That is all I hear.

FoM is really boring near the beginning. Once you start picking up more weapons and the enemy roster starts to increase it does become really fun.

That reminds me, Slipskulls better be in R3. Freaking crime they weren't in the second, as they had so much potential.

I think it looks great and I am especially happy that the weapon wheel is back. A two gun limit kind of blows. Oh, and the fact that there is no regenerating health is also a bonus. As fighting against mobs of the aggressive as hell, insane Chimera is fun as hell and can be very intense. This will only add to that. I'll take this over yet another modern military shooter any day.

It looks (and plays) just like every other God damn garbage, mediocre and casual console shooter out there. Oh, it does differentiate itself a bit.. by actually having worse graphics than the standard.

Looks great and reminds me of R1's multiplayer which i spent hundreds of hours playing years ago. I am glad Insomniac went back to they're roots in Resistance 3. I did love the 8-player co-op from R2 however.

I agree with many here that the mp looks pretty generic. The single player looks good however.

I don't like Resistance, but the hate this game generates is comical. The game looks decent multiplayer wise, and the single player should be great. Writing this game off as a poor COD clone just goes to show how out of touch System Wars is with the rest of the gaming population. (Even more so than that last Bethesda thread..)UCF_Knight
