Resistance graphics vs. Halo 3 graphics.

Once thats done the cows will truely rub it in by saying that now that halo series has ended that the x360 is nothing more then a scrap box and that everyone should buy a ps3 because sony told them to tell you to do so.

Then after ps3 has won, xbox and nintendo have left the gaming industry and playstation rules over everything we will once again be left with sony, the single handedly greatest software and hardware company in the world that has no rivals because no one who goes up against them can beat them because its sony, and the word of phil harrison is law.

Why not compare the e3 trailer to resistance? Bungie did say that is the quality of in-game in the final product..

I'm sure everyone thinks this will be a more fair comparison, you would have to be crazy if you think they will release halo 3 looking like the beta, at-least in single player anyway.

This is the bottom line and I'm out okay.

Halo 3 will look like its Beta, just like Halo 2 looked like its Beta. Keep banking on an overnight makeover, and you're going to be dissapointed. The mere fact that you're defending the Beta phase as not representing final graphics goes to show how bad the game looks. And Bungie never said anything about the visuals improving on Halo 3, they said the qualilty isn't a representation of the final product, but you're so thirsty for the word "quality" to mean graphics only. Ive said it a million times, Halo 3 looks damn good and is better than Halo 2, but its definatly not the best looking game and probably wont be when released.  Its got plenty of time to polish the small things that I think are wrong and tbh if you look at the new video closely you can see that the textures are actually extremly high rezed compaired to Halo 2 and has many diffrent foilage and eye candy with a larger map.

Probably got some dude saying that alpha/beta builds are how the final game will look and that everything sony does is far more better then microsoft an that halo 3 will still be using the halo 2 textures like in the beta build for final release. Halo 3 won't have singleplayer and will just focus on multiplayer and that the singleplayer game will be boring an lame compared to resistance which is the greatest fps game ever and nothing compares to it.

Then killzone will come out and the war will debate again but this time it will be killzone 2 destroys halo series with one game and has become a legendary game within the industry over night and gain true godly status with the likes of mario and sonic. Once thats done the cows will truely rub it in by saying that now that halo series has ended that the x360 is nothing more then a scrap box and that everyone should buy a ps3 because sony told them to tell you to do so.

Then after ps3 has won, xbox and nintendo have left the gaming industry and playstation rules over everything we will once again be left with sony, the single handedly greatest software and hardware company in the world that has no rivals because no one who goes up against them can beat them because its sony, and the word of phil harrison is law.

Ive said it a million times, Halo 3 looks damn good and is better than Halo 2, but its definatly not the best looking game and probably wont be when released.  Its got plenty of time to polish the small things that I think are wrong and tbh if you look at the new video closely you can see that the textures are actually extremly high rezed compaired to Halo 2 and has many diffrent foilage and eye candy with a larger map.

Stop using subjective views on my posts and read it.  I said right there that it looks good compaired to Halo 2, and it does when you compair apples to apples on textures, lighting, foilage, size, animations, ect.  Also I said it wont be the best looking game when released, so why do you not underline that?

If you like halo then you wouldnt try to cut it down on low rez stills of a leaked low rez beta video.

If you would atleast wait till the beta on May 16th where we see the maps that were shown in alpha then I would respect your comments, but your compairing apples to oranges.  The leaked footage is of a map they obviously didnt want to show to the public yet, hince why its only a internal map.  

If the Halo 3 beta maps on May 16th look exactly like the Alpha build then I will agree that Halo 3 wont look amazing, but it will look better than Halo 2 no matter what you say.

I still say hes already eaten them, if you compair ground and that mound of "dirt" texture to Halo 3's beta ground and sand textures you will see a big diffrence in favor of Halo 3.  Im not saying Resistance looks bad, it looks great for a 1st gen title, but to say it destroy's Halo 3 with a few low rez shots is foolish.
