Because Sony published it and Kojima didn't want to develop it on the 360 platform. You're exactly the kind of person I was hoping wouldn't show up on SW, and that's the person who credits Sony for the genius that is MGS4. ALL credit should go to Konami and Kojima, Sony had nothing to do with the develpment of the game. So sorry to destroy your pathetic argument, but MGS4 getting a perfect 10 doesn't mean jack for the quality of Sony's games.

Best game is not something that can be decided by facts. If we used scores as a basis of quality, then technically on GS, MGS4 would be sharing the "best exclusive game" title with Ocarina of Time and SC.

If we were to use the scores from GR, then technically, there are more than 40 games that are "better" then MGS4.

Now if you were to say it was your opinion that the PS3 has the best exclusive game, then you would be right. However, that would be opinion, not fact. Just like me saying I think Super Mario Galaxy is a more enjoyable game than MGS4 is not a fact, it's opinion.
