RROD fix'd since summer?

Is this true? I've been hearing that 360s no longer overheat and people who do get RROD got their unit before summer, the period in which the issue was fixed. Of course, no one has backed this up, so it could be just rabbid fanboys spewing nonsense in a pathetic attempt to return honour to a failing system, but I'm still curious...

can anyone give proof that 360s don't rrod anymore?

The problems have gotten better but not fixed completely. I would buy another system if I were you, but if you really want a 360, hold out for now.AIH_PSP

somewhat fixed but not completely they still break but it less likely but it's still happens too often to not be considered a problem
