Rumor: A NEW Castlevania game will be announced in 2025

It would seem that Konami is gearing up to announce a new Castlevania title? If rumors are to be believed we will hear about it this year and it's being claimed to be a AAA effort.

What does this do for you system peace?

Personally, I couldn't be more excited. I hope it's either a really well refined 2d action platformer like Dread or it's something that really plays to the early anesthetics of the series. Lords of shadow was just ok....

Does Castlevania move the needle for you? It still does for me!

A picture of Lords of Shadow doesn't get me excited personally. Though I do love CastleVania, so much so, was a Backer of BloodStained.

I'm fine just going through the collection atm, not too fussed.

Probably be lazy and do remake anyways, SOTN.

I'd be excited if they actually did a 3D metroidvainia stlye entry. There's an overabundance of great 2D games in this genre, but a good 3D one is hard to come by.
