Rumor: Splinter Cell Conviction coming to PS3

Because the first two games ended up on different platforms :roll:

EVERY splinter cell has been Multiplat at this point.
I mean remember when we thought the first SC was exclusive to the xbox?
Either way I get to play it.
But i'm saying with a history of the series ending up on PS brand it is likely (I'm not syaing it is).

Also with ubi's current statement anything is possible.
Either way it looks like it's just gonna be on 360/PC for the time being.

The first two MG's came out for the PC and pt 2 came out for the original XB. Pt 3 never came out for a non-Sony system however morrowing never came out for a non-pc/XB system and that didn't stop Oblivion. Same with Final Fantasy, Resident Evil and Virtua Fighter for the XB360. And with MG rising, it's possible they'll release a substance version in the furture..

This thread is so awesome. I swear, I could make a thread about aliens invading Tokyo and no one would check to see if I was lying or not. Instead we would be debating whether the cell powers their spaceships. LMAO.

HHG said Splinter Cell (series) is going to PS3, I assume he means going back to PS3.

Second, even if Splinter Cell Conviction was to go to the PS3, if it goes as a late port, it wouldn't do well so there really isn't any point. It would most likely suffer from what I call THE BIOSHOCK TREATMENT. As great of a game Bioshock was, to this day it hasn't even broken 500K units. I certainly didn't get it until it hit $20...great game for $20 :)

Second, why is it that cows always dismiss that 360 games have sales value for the 360 platform because its on the PC, always claim they don't need a 360 to play that game because they can play it on their PCs (by using that argument, they infer that they do have one thats up to gaming specs)... yet always want these 360/PC cross games for their PS3s? :|

Well, SC:C already coming to PC, so its actually no surprise that SC;C coming to PS3, and Ubisoft said that SC:C can be palyed on PS3 as well

Although I more prefer ME and ME2 coming to PS3 instead this
