Ryse is only three hours long

3 hours of QTEs is long enough imo, I usually can't stand 5 minutes.

Crysis 1 was a pretty damn good game.

Other than Forza there is no launch exclusive worth having (it appears). There are a ton of great multiplats on both.

^^ I agree...Heavenly Sword was great IMO, even though it was short, it was great at the time. Ryse will be more of the same and I'm ok with a 7 hour game at launch, especially with all that graphic eye candy. I won't even be touching that tacked on MP, so I hope the story is good enough to draw me in. I guess we'll see next week.

I feel like I'm really stating the obvious here, but stuff like this should always be taken with a grain of salt... just because some random guy on the Internet finished the game in 3 hours, doesn't mean the same will apply to you.

Should be a 3 hour benchmark for the Xbox One.

Just because the first 1/2 chapters are 1.5 hours doesn't mean the last 1/2 chapters are the same. The game could easily be end loaded as far as content goes so I wouldn't give that estimate much credit.

It's not about the length of a game, it's about the quality of the... I'm sorry, I can't say that with a straight face! lololol

This game has never looked like a game with high replay value, the MP isn't even competitive, only cooperative.

If true, I still don't think many people will finish it.

Good thing there's still Dead Rising 3 and Crimson Dragon, and Killer Instinct and Forza.

There's more margin for error when you don't have to rely on the success of one launch game.

Don't compare Ryse to HS...

I highly doubt it is a 3 hour campaign. Can you beat it in 3 hours? Maybe but there are crazy finish times for tons of games. I trust the 7 hour quote much more than this other. I'm still picking it up on launch to see for myself.. and i usually don't play games on easy or normal difficulties so here's hoping it takes even longer that way
