900p (1600 x 900) upscaled to 1080p (1920 x 1080).
Confirmed now is Forza 5 at 1080p/60fps, Ryse at 900p/30fps, Killer Instinct at 720p/60fps and unconfirmed is Dead Rising supposedly having a dynamic resolution at 30fps.
Clarification of resolutions.

I see no confirmation of framerate in anything that you posted. Screen tearing happens when the tv is forced to show 2 images at once, as a result of high framerates. If that is a 60Hz HDTV, then the framerate in that image is rising above 60 frames per second...
