sadness isnt canceled it changing publisher and no i dont know who its going to it may be Ninty them selfs they have grabed indie development before (see wii-dj) and as nirbis is only intresting in doing ninty games it makes sense. also it would help ninty because it help get rid of their childish image and increases its for everyone image. thought i still refush to trust Nirbis untill they get game released

Frontline was going to be the publisher, but have pulled out. Nibris is the devevloper and are still working on the game, they simply need a new publisher now. And considering the game is hoped to be finished for Q4 2007 or Q4 2008, that's plenty of time for them to get one. ithilgore2006
I mean, what you just said just proves my point. They never had a publisher in the first place. If they haven't found a publisher willing to sign them after all this time they are not going to. They couldn't even develop the game and had to outsource half of it to Frontline, which is apparently one of the ****tiest studios out there. They failed to produce a soduko game FFS. And these people BAILED OUT.
This is on top of the fact that all Nibris has released is concept art and wishful thinking. Nothing that proves the game even exists. And that's on top of the fact that no one has heard of Nibris previously, they're complete newbies. From Poland no less. No offense to anyone, but there's an abnormal amount of vaporware coming from Eastern Europe. Anyone remember You Are Empty? 2 Days 2 Vegas is more recent. Metro 2033 is a potential candidate. But at least that game actually exists (and it sounds pretty cool, like a Stalker mutant). Speaking of which, Stalker existed and had a publisher, yet it was almost lost in vaporwareland. That's what can happen when you're overly ambitious. That's on top of the facts above.
If you add it all together you get a huge, stinky pile of vaporware. How you lot succeed in ignoring this is beyond me.
