Siren: Blood Curse easily. It's the perhaps best Survival Horror game I've played since Fatal Frame II (let's face it, as good as RE4 was, it sucked as a horror game).
Oh, and anyone who says FEAR has absolutely no idea what a good horror game is. At all.
I think it will be Scariest aswell but for games out now I haven't played any scary games this gen except for Bioshock but it wasn't as scary as other games.

It's honestly not that bad. Dare I say, it's even very good for much of the time, but the controls keep letting you down when you need them most. Still worthy of a try.
Unfortunately, it's not scary at all. It's basically an action game with Survival Horror mechanics and controls....
Scariest games this gen: Condemned 1 & 2, although I wish I had a PS3 to try Siren....
So far Siren:Blood Curse is the scariest game i played... its a great title which imo is quite underrated... it has a great atmosphere and i would suggest it to anyone who likes survival horror games...
