Wait, it's deliberate?!
I just thought that they raised the price because they're using more expensive disks.
This is what you get for having games on Blu Ray discs, it makes games more expensive, tsk tsk tsk.

Seriously let the hate slide a bit, what do you get when you play games on 360 scratched disks and sometimes can't even play them. It's a two way street.

Way to twist the article around. This is about Sony's first party titles compared to third party titles. Nowhere in the article mentions the 360.
Since you want to bring up the 360, how much was MS's first party titles when they launched and how much are they now? ;)
at least they are honest about it.Jynxzor
according to Nikko Citigroup
40gb ps3 cost already don't loss money. :D
First of all
1. PS3 game prices are the same as xbox 360 (first party, and third party now, besides dmc4)
2.If someone read this article they would know this :(
3. Microsoft did the same thing with their titles a year ago.

Can you clarify what did MS do with their titles a year ago? Because if I remember correctly, their games cost the same or even less. Just wondering what you are talking about.

All Microsoft first party games were $50 when they launched until about a year ago they shot up to $60 without warning.
