Screenshot comparison!

Halo 3 compared to Killzone 2, both in game both hud shots and both screenshots released from the makers, you decide which is better.

Could'nt find a smaller shot of KZ but you get the idea

But anyways I don't like the cartoonish colorful look of Halo and I'm completely blown away by the chaotic gritty artistic look of Killzone 2, so even if Halo 3 would have better textures, I'd like KZ2 graphics much more.

Thats the best one, there is one with alot of blur but the Halo 3 one has no blur.

Yeah but after seeing that unparalleled KZ2 chaotic and gritty atmosphere, all the other games lookslow and boringto me now... except maybe UT3's new trailer which was pretty awesome

I prefer Halo as well, biased? Probably. Though Killzone looks good it seems like every game is going for that dusty, depressed look. I could be mean and call it "Emo" like some would call Halo cartoony. Like you really know what Aliens look like?

guess you'd have to see KZ2 in motion and maybe when it's finished.... those placeholder textures look lik utter crap (at least: iHOPE they are place holder tectures..).

Their both completely different, I never liked the KZ series but KZ looks a huge Shaquille like step above the really bad KZ game. But I'm more at home at the vibrant colors of the Halo series.

There is no need to provide a Halo 3 screenshot because we all know it looks 100x better. Correct?smokeydabear076

correct...however halo 3 is almost done, killzone is pre-alpha

Gears is still the king of next gen graphics anyways (until crysis)
