The modern day system wars everyone.... Port beggars and multiplatform publishers.

That makes it sound like they're only coming to PS5. They're just future games period, no specific platform. Just a clickbait headline for people still surprised that MS is publishing games on every platform now.

@uitravioience: Correct about the rules thing at least. A flop would be Concord. No Xbox game including Redfall flopped that hard.

@sealionact: Concord indeed flopped. Still doesn't change the fact that Starfield flopped as well. Some might say Starfield flopped harder since it was hyped for years as the Xbox savior. In fact, the flopness of Starfield is what caused Microsoft to shift focus on becoming a full 3rd party publisher.

I recall someone in this thread stating Starfield would change everything or something along those lines. 😉

Look what happened after it didn't achieve Skyrim's success and moved the needle on console sales - MS decided to put all their games on every platform. Before that, it was console business as usual for Microsoft. Before that, Spencer was all about "we have to keep some games exclusive" and "We didn't pay this much for Bethesda to put the games on other platforms".
