[QUOTE="Magical_Zebra"][QUOTE="Javy03"] I agree 100%. I see more possibilities with six axis then the vibrator. Especially if you have 5.1 surround sound. THe controller shaking doesnt add anything my nice subwoofer doesnt do.
No sound system in the world can replace the rumble in your hands. Your feet would be vibrating not your hands. Also the rumble gives you a sense of ffedback in your games. At least it does for me, especially the driving games. If you get hit/shot, you feel it so you dont need a visual cue to tell you your being hit. Those that say rumble is overrated are lying. It was introduced and became a staple of modern day gaming. No excuse why it shouldnt be in a controller. Yea but a great sound system tells me which direction I got shot as well as what gun by the sound. Rumble really is very limited. Its been around for two generation and only a handful of devs actually did something original with it other then , oooops vibrate I got shot, or ooops I am off the road. Nothing beats clear sound. I see more potential in the PS3 six axis because I get to keep my familiar controller and still get tild function. Thats a huge plus because devs can add it to games as a extra feature as opposed to build a game around that feature. People blow its importance out of proportion just to jab at the PS3.
