im more interested in games like .. Star wars the force unleashed .. where they actually do something to innovate besides graphics. Also, RE5, SF4, FF 13, GOW3 >>> all those games you mentioned, with the exception of Orange Box.

Wow. I can't blieve that out of that entire list, there's only 1 game that i find even slightly interesting.

And yes, I'd much rather play SSBB than any of those games.

Hmmm, lets see. GTA is alright, but if I end up getting it at all, I'll get the PC version that always comes out. I loathe DMC, as I can not stand Dante as a main character. Burnout is fun, but its not anything to buy a console over. It's a game I'd only play if I got to without cost to myslef. Oblivion was atrocious. Give me Morrowind on the PC any day over that terrible game. Orange Box was good. I own it on Steam. Call of Duty plays like a crappy Day of Defeat. And Rainbow 6 was better before it hit consoles.

What makes SSBB worse than all thoses games?

What they are all multiplat. The Wii gets exclusives which is why it is a solid purchase.

I still say the TC didn't even list the best games to get his point across...
And I'm not interested in all but one of the games there, and I have the Orange Box on PC (Which is superior in everyway).

Only having a Wii and no other console is the worst decision as a gamer. You're not a real gamer if you only have a Wii, period. The Wii is a nice 2nd console to own, its supposed to support the first. I have a PS3 and a Wii, I only use the Wii when im waiting for PS3 games to be released.

Smash Bros. will be a great game, but theres no way in hell it can top all of the games TC listed, its very funny to see Nintendo fanboys clench to only that game, its kinda sad. Get a 360 or PS3 guys, its worth it.

Saying that the Wii is a secondary console is the worst thing to say as a gamer. You're not a real gamer if you think other gamers need a certain console to be hardcore. Real gamers support any and every system, so long as it caters to their interests. I have a PC and a Wii, and I think you should buy what you think has the best games to be released.

Smash Bros. will be an epic game, but there's no way in hell everybody will have it at the top of their lists, though to some, it tops the games the TC listed. It's very funny to see people pass themselves off as real gamers and tell others what to buy. It's kinda sad. Get what system has the games you want, it's worth it.

Ah, the ignorance is strong with this one. How quickly people forget between generations. The PS2 "everybody's favourite console" had tons of shovelware. It comes with the territory, since they are both popular. You've obviously been living under a rock during last-gen.

Second, what the hell do you call Hour of Victory? I call that shovelware, because like Cooking Mama, it takes advantage of popularity, in this case of a genre rather than console. Don't act like the Wii is the only console ever to have shovelware, because very console has, ever since E.T on the Atari.
