Sheep, where is your copy of Call of Duty 4?

Portal is way more inventive than Zack and Wiki. All Portal players can master Zack and Wiki (ooh ring some bells! challenging!) But not all Zack and Wiki players could master Portal. And Portal is expandable and has the potential to provide endless challenges well into the next year. Zack and Wiki -- what you see is what you get, annoying monkey voice and all. This is one of those overhyped AA games made to fill in the space of empty AAA games.

Oh, and it's $40? That's even worse, because it has currently sold apathetic 40,000 units. (looks like the "Buy Zack and Wiki!!" thread didn't help.) MySims has already sold over 120,000 units, and even that's not that good in terms of sales. Looks like even at budget prices, Capcom will pull the plug on future Capcom Wii games. There's just no money to be made there. Instead of sheep laughing at COD4's short campaign (which I dont think is THAT much shorter than other games) they should worry about developers looking at the dismal sales of many Wii games and considering halting further projects. Xbox 360 and PS3 arein the safe zone.They will always have the latest hot project from Infinity Ward (COD) and Capcom. The Wii, maybe not....

I have no doubt SMG and SSBB will sell a lot. ButI'm not talking about Nintendo made games. Obviously Nintendo will continue to make games for a Nintendo system. But other third party relations look either bare or non-existent compared to the Xbox 360 and PS3 (and PC).

Have you even played zack and wiki. Or have you just seen a screenshot and judged it by that?

Portal is TWO BLOODY HOURS LONG. And "master" it? Personally, I solved all but one of the Portal puzzles on the first try, the only difficulty being the execution (e.g. mis-shooting a portal and landing somewhere I didn't intend to land.)

Oh, unless you're talking about speed. Yeah, THAT really taxes the imagination. Aiming at a point on the map 0.1 seconds faster than the next guy is REALLY something to brag about.

And NOW you attack sales? Seriously. Talk about hypocrisy at its worst.

Portal wasn't that hard... almost anyone could get the hang of it in 10 minutes and breeze through it in 3 or so hours (don't get me wrong, it still rocks though, one of the plain funnest games I've played all year.)

As much as I loved Portal, it wasn't that hard to get through, aside from maybe the last level or so.When I stepped into Zack & Wiki, the first couple levels were pretty easy, but after that, challenge central. You would really know if you played it.

Wii may be the #1 console right now, but you're the only console without this cool new game. That's amazing considering you're the best selling console. I would think every developer would want a "Wii verison." And it's even more amazing because you have this new Wii-Mote controller which is supposed to be a great control system for first-person shooters and the crosshairs. Sure. let's get CSS while we're at too. No wait, Counter Strike Source only cost $20, and it has better controls. Plus, there's just as many nerds on it as they're bombarding Xbox Live. And you don't have to pay a monthly subscription fee just to play online (only applies to 360, but the PS3 online is garbage anyways).

They don't have one, really. And if they own a gaming PC, 360, or PS3, they aren't pure sheep so they don't count. We can chalk up just another amazing multi-plat game that Wii will never get. :lol:V_Isle

I have nothing against the shooter genre, in fact I like it a lot. But I'm being honest, there are just to many shooters out there for this to be a big deal. I don't think anyone with a Wii was looking forward to COD4, so I don't understand the purpose of this thread. Also, I'm pretty sure the majority of the sheep here have a PC so they could pick up COD4 if they like. I could buy it, but I'm just not interested in another shooter.
