Short Battlefield 3 gameplay debut!

Not impressed by that small tidbit...untill I get confirmed fact the game plays more like Modern Combat and not Bad company Its not on my list of games I want to buy or play.

Alright, well I found out that the i7 has better performance per core, but the AMD has the 2 extra cores. The cheapest 6-core i7 is like 1000 almost LOL. I don't know if 6 cores is really practical right now, but maybe in the future?-RocBoys9489-

Quad cores are finally being used and they came out two years ago. And its not even widespread adpotion so Im gonna go with no. If you want the bleeding edge though there is nothing wrong with that.

Not really it's a easy fix, just add a delay on getting up from prone. Looks really good, can't wait to see more.

I literally think this is the closest looking to real life I have ever seen in a game. Ahhhh crysis who?? This looks flat out amazing. I would sell my testicles to play this on a power house PC. I am curious to the Console version. But I still cannot believe it. And it comes out this year, its too good to be true

I agree. They have such realistic and fluid animations in any game. It will not be like COD. It will be very well integrated.

I honestly think this game would be the next Crysis; which will force everybody to upgrade their PC to get the best out of it. The gameplay looks amazing by the way and I think I might actually pre-order this on the PC. First time I ever pre-ordered a game base on a short debut gameplay trailer.:P

Awesome, thanks for the heads up. If natively developing the game in a higher DX environment yields that significant of an upgrade than damn...keep doing it.

Trailer sucks in the way it really shows nothing of the gameplay or story. Basically boils down to "oooh purdy graphics!". Honestly one of the more useless trailers I have ever seen.

Have not enjoyed a Battlefield game yet so I am not holding my breath for this one.

Honestly, 8 cores seems pointless, games do fine with 2-4 and no game uses 6 cores though this maybe one of those games, I should just get a 6 core and overclock them to 3.7-4.0 ghz to be safe.

Buying this for sure on consoles. I really wish my PC could run these kind of games and I just can't afford to buy a new one so consoles it is. But wow those graphics will be beast on PC.
