Should i buy GTA V for xbox 360 or PS3?

Both look and run pretty much the same, doesn't matter what you get it on since you can't go wrong.

Assumptions make you look like an ass. PS3 had the better versions of Bioshock Infinite and Tomb Raider so far year. Developers took forever, but PS3 is getting the better mulitplats now.

I am pretty sure i read somewhere that the game will run and look the same on both consoles.(that means no subhd res on the ps3)

R* spent a lot of time optimizing their engine this time around.

Maybe not. I'll take Bioshock, Tomb Raider and GTAV or that second rate franchise though.

Rockstars games this gen have been fine on PS3,I've played Red Dead Redemption,GTA IV and Max Payne 3.All were great.:)

Fanboys here will turn any minor differences into game breaking problems but thats normal for system wars.

Buy it for the one your friends have if you want to play multiplayer,simple.

everyone who has gamed for the past 8 years knws taht every cross platform game runs better on the 360. Did you even try playing skyrim lol. the PS3 only has 256MB RAM avilable and a wierd custom "cell" chip that makes games run like hot doo doo. and this is coming form someone who ahs both. skyrim wa sthe last time i brought a game for my SP3 taht wans't an exclsuive. too many memory leak issues due to poor design and bad OS. a game as big as GTA V is gonna run like hot doo doo after overdosing on laxatives. I can't stress this. 1 week after release message boards will be flooded fo complaints of GTA V crahcin on teh PS3. bookmark this

Rockstar games have never worked well on ps3. Xbox 360 is the only right choice.

STFU... Rockstar says that both the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions were developed simultaneously and will be the same. Visual differences will be "completely negligible."
