I would. There are still quite a few games for it that are rated "T" for teen. I think Warhawk, Ratchet and Clank, and Heavenly Sword are all Teen ratings. Plus all the download games are lower than "M". PS3 has quite a good variety of games for how long it's been out.
I'd also recommend checking out Eye of Judgement. I just got it, it's really good, must be able to play online though to really enjoy.
You'll get about $50 for a DS, so I'd say just make the extra $50 if that's what's keeping you from buying a PS3.OhhSnap50893yeah really don't sell the ds you want get anything for it just keep it and play the 2-3 must play games that come out for it
Absolutely not. Unless you never play your DS, selling it for a PS3 is a waste. Especially since the DS won't even get you much money because its low cost.
And if you aren't allowed to play M rated games then you won't find much on the PS3. A Wii will get you the best E-T rated library by far and you'll save a lot of money. plus DS/Wii connectivity, since you wouldn't have to sell it.
only if you need a higher boost in the driver seat in your car... I still haven't discovered why anyone would buy a PS3 outside of that reason....?

thats funny i play games on my playstation 3...u must be thinking of the polystation3, but i wouldnt sit on one of those things.
I have to agree with the poster above - if you're not allowed to play M-rated games then selling your DS for a PS3 is a ridiculous decision. You do mean PS3 and not PSP don't you?
Even so, neither the PS3 or PSP have anywhere NEAR as many decent, non M-rated games as the DS. The DS already has a ridiculously enormous catalogue of games for all ages and it just keeps growing, growing, growing!
I've got and adore both a PS3 and a DS Lite, but I can promise you I never would have handed over my DS for anything - it's my little gaming companion!
[QUOTE="xflamedemonx"]for the right price ied say sell it. but gamestop offered me 35 bucks store credit for a 2 day old ds lite. so i gave it away little cousin lolThe reason im asking is cause im not allowed to play m games

Yikes that's worse than the depreciation on a new car. Sad thing is those bastards make plenty of money preying on stupid people who would just do that on impulse.
You're not allowed to play M-rated games, so you're trading in your DS for a PS3? :| That makes absolutely no sense. Furthermore, you could MAYBE get $50-ish for your DS (assuming you can find someone that would actually pay that much) - so, that's not really going to help your progression towards a PS3.Erkidu
basically what I thought,as for the TC give me your DS! :D.
