Mass Effect has been about the single player experience. Why tack in multiplayer, something that has never been an essential element in the series? The way I see it, they're better off without trying to experiment with multiplayer so late in the trilogy. If they want to add multiplayer, I'd say add it in a DLC. They have more than enough to work on as it is.

... and I totally will too.
Make sure to post picsBioshock 2 is all I have to say and if you played that then you understand why...
The multiplayer is uneeded I would rather they 100% focus on single player then any time wasted on multiplayer which will be deserted in a week or two
I actually like Bioshock 2's multiplayer surprisingly, and since I loved the singleplayer as well (save for the disappointing ending) I didn't feel it was one of those games where it seemed like the SP suffered because of the multi.Bioshock 2 is all I have to say and if you played that then you understand why...

No. I want a 60+ hour RPG. Not a third-person shooter with multiplayer. They did enough to ruin the franchise already.

All of the Mass Effect games clock in around 30-35 hours...
i highly doubt bioware are going to double the length of the game.No. I want a 60+ hour RPG. Not a third-person shooter with multiplayer. They did enough to ruin the franchise already.

Bioshock didn't need multiplayer because the overall shooting and gameplay was very weak. Mass Effect is completely different.

I felt Bioshock had great gunplay.I didn't, especially considering how majorly imbalenced the weapons and powers were. Bioshock 2 gunplay was better, but everything else was much weaker overall.

I agree, and I played it on PC. The controls were on par, but the weapons/animations... meh. Same deal with Bio 2.
Yes, sure it felt dated. I won't argue with you there and I can perfectly understand why you or anyone else may not like it, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. Am I am probably being blinded by my absolute love for those two games, but I prefer to keep it that way :P

I felt Bioshock had great gunplay.bioshock had good gunplay. Par for the course. But what makes bioshock incredible is the atmosphere, not the gunplay :P save that for killzone and such.
EDIT: actually kz 2 had great atmoshpere as well..
BIOSHOCK infinate looks amazing :D
That game is.... amazing, so I will agree. Sad they haven't made another. I think it flew under the radar didn't it?

I must have missed the good gunplay in KZ2 due to the terrible controls :P/[QUOTE="theuncharted34"][QUOTE="millerlight89"] I felt Bioshock had great gunplay. millerlight89

as for the topic, my god no. While we're at it scrap the dead space 2 multiplayer. All that time that could've gone into single player, wasted on probably subpar mp. ughh.
No, a big hell no.:P
WRPGs are all about the storyline, and they should be Single-Player.
Leave the MMO to WoW and the others.
