One of the more discussed things is Nintendo's switch to the so-called casual gaming which implys motion controls, poor graphics and shallow, family friendly games. There's no secret that the empasis on graphics and 'core' image was reduced by a lot with the DS and Wii.But the question I have here is - should Nintendo try to compete with MS and Sony in their own area?By that I mean more focus on 'cutting-edge' graphics, a 'normal' controller and games that would fulfil the 'competition principle'.So instead of the regular Mario and Zelda games they would make some Uncharted/Gears of War, Gran Turismo/Forza and Halo/KillZone clones in 'realistic' graphics. So, would you rather have them try to make a new 'XboxStation' instead of a unique new console?
