It's not the whole Mass Effect potentially going to PS3 thing, it's the "Bioware was a bright light in the darkness" thing... They were the anti-EA, they were the elegant developer that had been killing square enix for years and now their going to fall into mediocrity... ugh... I feel dead inside....

Maybe it won't be so bad, instead of waiting years for the games they can hire cheap Japanese devs to make all the classic franchises and they can then just tack new year on the end of the titles!!!

The devs who made one of the greatest games of all time, KOTOR, and who are making a game that might be even better, Mass Effect...were pretty much killed by EA now. Mass Effect will come out this year and be a smash hit, but that's like the last celebration for Mass Effect, because starting Jan '08, they're screwed.

I'll sign, because another great developer is essentially dead and the gaming community and industry now feels that much more hollow and empty. Another faceless company with tons of crappy watered down sequels, that's what Bioware is gonna be a part of soon.

This is not necessarily true.

bioware is cool and all...but no...just no... square-enix rapes it in terms of accomplishments(total history in games)... im not saying one is better than the other...its just that square has a bigger and longer history...which games do you think sell more? which company do you think is worth more? ya i thought so....
