crysis 2 and uncharted 2 are about even graphically all things considered, except crysis 2 lacks polish while uncharted 2 is polished to a sheen.

There's a multitude of other things I could list, but shan't 'cause I'm lazy. No pop-in, and waaaay less blur are two big ones, and overall it looks significantly better on PC.

IDK I think the 360 version is really close to the PC, frame rate and resolution aside of course.... I even have people on my youtube page accusing me of uploading the PC version and naming it the 360 version on my gameplay videos. And some are even telling me, their crysis 2 dont look as good on their TV's :? But I do have to give the edge to killzone 3, but I hope in the future the games become more open, kinda like in the Halo franchise.

Like half of those quotes don't say the game is the best looking game on consoles, I can find you an equal number that says that KZ3 graphics are incredible but that alone doesn't give it the graphics king title. The only technical analysis there is DF's and they didn't even compare it to a game like KZ3 or UC2 directly so it basically falls on interpretation (aka opinion of the reader). The only credible technical analysis comparing Crysis 2 with a PS3 exclusive until now is the LoT article and it gave the edge to the PS3 game so until there's another comparison made I think we can safely say that the console graphics crown falls still on PS3 exclusives.

KZ3 is nothing to proud of. Graphically, it's great... one of the best out there. However, the online is broken beyond comprehension and the SP wasn't that great.

my opinion on this is that, y'know, you are comparing a console game and a pc title. if it even gets in the ballpark it's pretty much a victory.

Crysis 2 looks better. Even KZ3's backdrops couldn't help it.

Overall I was impressed with Killzone 3's graphics over Crysis 2, but I did enjoy the clean look that Crysis 2 had to offer.

If PS3 fanboys claim KZ3 is way better looking than Crysis 2 console, then it is better looking than Crysis 2 PC max too, since PC version is nearly identical to console version.

AA and resolution do make the game less jagged, but in terms of pure visual, both versions are almost the same. If Killzone 3 is superior to console Crysis 2, it is therefore more advanced than Crysis 2 PC as well.

From a asset standpoint it is acutally its very close, but the pc version runs well in access of 60fps so that in itself is a advantage.

Um OP and other haters? You do realise Crysis 2 PC isn't just +Resolution right? It's full real time global illumination as opposed to zilch on the consoles, more accurate HDR, more accurate SSAO, and way more dynamic lights. Zilch on the consoles? Do you need to look at the DF comparison where they diffrence really isnt that large? In most scenes its nearly non existent.
