saying SSMB is violent is like saying Wall-e is a violent film.No, not really. SSBM is a fighting game, with the sole purpose of beating the crap out of each other. It is violent. Not violent to the degree of something like Modern Warfare 2, but it's violent. By that definition rathet and klank, spyro, crash bandicoot, jak and dax etc are all violent. Not saying its wrong but if we are gona count cartoon violence there really is no end to it.
Hell who wasent watching tom and jerry wacking at eachother with a giant mallet on theyr saturdays cartoons as a kid.
when i was a wee tike i played that flight sim from lenard bart 9, and that atari game with the two tanks, are those considered violent? how about the punisher on the nes? i would say 7 ish or younger those times blend to gether at this point, but i have since grown out of the shock and blood phase.
