@thepclovingguy: Yawnnnn.
That's why I can say they are lame. Opinions, you know. ;)
And yes, that settlement system is boring.
Yeah in your opinion, since you got a very bad taste.
Well, same goes for you. ;)

What system are you talking about? On PC, most of the great mods require SKSE; such as many combat change mods, SkyUI, Frostfall, Deadly Dragons, Survival, etc.
Sorry, I was talking about fallout 4, I don't know why I switched to a different topic. LOL.
Ah, that makes sense. And yeah, the mods for Fallout 4 are particularly lame, even on PC, so far. It's either cosmetic changes, or adding more useless crap. I'm waiting for some big ones that add quests, change the gameplay such as making combat more fun, or adding cars to the game or something big.
There are plenty of good weapon and armor mods on the nexus, I would hardly call them lame.
They don't change the gameplay at all. They are lame, in my opinion. I don't enjoy the gameplay that Fallout 4 has, so just adding skins and guns doesn't fix anything, unfortunately.
So their are lame because they are not gameplay related, do you say the same also about that improve the game visually.

Visual improvements are fine, and I use them a lot, but there's no point in improving the visuals if I don't enjoy playing it.
Only mods that can make this pos somewhat tolerable are complete overhauls like Requiem and Enderal and I don't think those are happening on consoles.

I don't even use mods on my PC idc about this at all .I've used one mod that's it for all my PC games and it's the game of thrones mod for crusader kings2.
1 and 5 GB?
That is pathetic when you look at the mods available on PC. I think the last time I looked, my Skyrim mod folder was over 40GB, and may have been more than that. Long time since I've messed with it.

It's true, maybe I am being a bit obtuse. But, I'll just say those mods are lame until I want to actually use them. :P
A lot of them are kinda lame, but there a couple of decent ones.
It is pretty impressive the amount of changes you can do in Fallout 4 with only 2 gb so I am excited to see 5 gb.
Already it is clear there will be a huge gap in mods between Xbox and PS. The game is just launching and the Xbox has 116 mods and PS has 38. I am sure the biggest reason is the Xbox has a lot more freedom on the type of mods allowed then the PS. It will obviously grow considering for Fallout 4 there are over 4k mods available for Xbox.
Here is the list

Cows have not been doing well lately it seems, more bad news after bad news...lol. What's next? The Last Guardian flopping? Haha
Well atleast, xbox players wont have to deal with this kinda stuff, since they are only limited to bethesda.net
