It is 30fps, low resolution and played with a controller.... Mods couldn't save it anyway. PC is the only version worth playing.

lol at Sony fans who think that anything compares to the mod community on PC. At least the Switch version is portable. The Ps4 version is inferior to the PC version in every way imaginable.

Could you be any more insecure and butt hurt

Hard to be insecure or butt hurt when you own all of the consoles. I love my Ps4 pro, still does not make Cow logic make any more sense. I know facts are hard. PC version and mod community utterly destroys the miniscule offerings of the Ps4 version of Skyrim.

The best part of owning all of the consoles is that you can look at all things objectively. For example I will be getting the Ps4 pro version of Dragon Quest 11 when it comes out and avoiding the Steam version or the Switch version. Why? The Ps4 version will come out day one with no issues and the PC version will be glitched to hell for a few weeks as all of SE games are. The Switch version will not come out for a year so why even think about getting that one.

Same logic can be applied to Skyrim. PC version has more mods and a WAY better modding community. PC version looks far better with a high end PC (I have one). So why would anyone brag about the inferior PS4 version?

I know logic is hard for fanyboys.

No PS4 fan in this entire thread claimed PS4 mods are compatible to PC or that it has the better version of Skyrim so there's no logical explanation other then you being butt hurt for you talking such shit and making that comment... and then you write a huge reply as damage control...

Do hope people dont buy 3rd party games on switch. If they want to port, make sure the gameplay features is there. I also cannot believe just how accepting the switch community is on 3rd party bullshit.

Perhaps Nintendo isn't locking anything down(like their voice chat and friend system), but I doubt they are helping the situation. Do you think Nintendo is taking time out of their day to talk to Bethesda about getting the creation club implemented?

Why should they...? Like really, who the hell cares about Creation Club on a 7 year old game on a console/handheld? :|

I been telling people that for years. PC version is the best version around, even 4K on X1X couldn't save it lol.

I remember playing the 360 version when it was free and I played it just for curiosity on the console and boy, I didn't last 3 minutes on how freaking bad it plays worst on a console lol.

@nintendoboy16: It's not getting mod support. Something other, cheaper versions have, whilst performing and looking better.

Nintendo loses.

It's a handheld version, which will as of this time, NEVER be as powerful for something like mods (hell, consoles are struggling with it as is). What were you expecting? And again, it's being dogged for missing Creation Club, which is again, being slammed for being a con by Bethesda. And for the latter alone... yeah, says a LOT about how you feel abut Nintendo now (then again, you even said you'd rather them dead).

Nintendo themselves.....you know the company that designed, engineered and made it call it a console.

It's sold as a console.

It's marketed as a console.

Only butt hurt Nintendo fans call it a handheld as a means to try to justify how shitty and under powered it is.

No, they've advertised it as a HYBRID! Did you not watch the commercials of people using it as a handheld AND a console? Most of us who bought the Switch version of Skyrim knew it wasn't getting mod support anyway (I sure as hell did).

Again, you're only harping on this because you want to desperately own the sheep the same way a conman leading a country wants to own his critics and you have a very anti-Nintendo stance.

1. That mentality is what helps makes third parties keep away from Nintendo consoles, which Nintendo is frequently criticized for.

2. Because I surely don't remember other devs like Ubisoft putting effort in their Nintendo games as of late (Rayman Legends Definitive, Mario + Rabbids).

"It's a console first and foremost"......that was Nintendo's very own words when they did an interview....

But keep trying to spin that hand held, portable bull shit if you makes you feel better about it being a weak POS hardware wise.

Meh. I’m satisfied with having the Special Edition for my Xbox One so I’m not too interested in getting this game for my Switch as well however it’s lack of mod support for that version is not at all a factor for me purchasing it or not.

what im scratching my head over is why isnt TES blades coming to the switch? its designed with mobile in mind. the switch should be well able to run it. it seems like the switch would be a nice spot for it.

....assuming the game isnt complete crap of course. hopefully they deliver a good game.

> A game made by Bethesda

> A game running well

Pick one.

hey thats totally uncall.....

well it's a bit harsh.......

....ok fair point. it would run badly but it would be due to it just being a bethesda game rather than it being a switch issue :P. itll probbaly be bug ridden regardless of platform.

Yeah, if you need easy money with half the effort, then the Switch is the go to console. Portability comes with a price.

Yea, i'm amazed people try defend this shit.

Skyrim is a 7 year old game, being sold at a higher price than it was released with objectively less content.

Basically taking the piss.

I understand and agree on that front but some of these dev put up really half assed ports, and profits from it. Switch admittedly outside of 1st party and indies has huge lack of 3rd party support so fans buy whatever they can. This allows for ports like Payday 2, Ys8, WWE2K18 that is either not updated to current patch like on other consoles or just plain terrible.

Dev knows this.

Gamers won't boycott anything if it's a certain company. I remember gamers dragging the hell out of Ubisoft for bugs in Unity, meanwhile they line up like loyal minions to buy Bethesda's next bug riddled game while calling them game gods.

I do think that we shouldn't support half assed games, but if you ever bought a Bethesda game and continue to, then you're in no position to lecture about not buying games that don't run well. I'm just being honest.

My thing is, they're acting like Bethesda games in general aren't half assed. A quality game that takes effort doesn't have a shit load of bugs in them like Bethesda games do. The thing is, Bethesda never has to improve because hardcore gamers being the loyal minions they are will line up by the millions to buy their bug infested Fallout games.

It's not surprising at all considering Nintendo were basically responsible for this port coming to platform in the first place and were in charge of marketing and distribution.

Bethesda literally didn't put up anything for this port so I doubt they would be interested in further supporting it. Especially with Nintendo's backwards policies.
