It's really tough to get used to the controls at first. I really wish they let you switch L to shield and R to grab. That's really messing me up

I really like Link's new dash attack, I don't like the lag you get after catching his boomerang though.

I wonder what is the limit on the demo? I bet it's like 10. Looks like people are gonna have to leave the 3ds in sleep mode to get the most out of the demo.

Blah controls feel so weird. Too bad you can't change the controls in the demo.

this is by far the best 3DS game on the system. finally Nintendo makes something worth buying one for.

The demo is awesome. Just wished it had Marth or Lucina playable.

Impressions after ~40 minutes of gameplay:

• This already seems to play much better than Brawl. It's not as fast as Melee, but it seems to channel that game in every other way. There's less randomness all around.
• The controls are actually fine (and the game seems to be okay to play on a 3DS). As a matter of fact, it took no adjustment time for me to get going at all, I just picked up my 3DS and I was ready to go.
• Holy shit, I cannot believe it is running on a 3DS. It looks absolutely amazing, the music is great, and all around, this game is as visually impressive as Melee or Brawl was, which is great.

So far, this is every bit as Super Smash Bros as you would expect it to be, there have been no cutdowns whatsoever in bringing the game to the 3DS.

You don't need to be Platinum now you had to be Platinum between July 1 2013 to June 30 2014.

Dat 60 FPS. Really impressive how smooth this game runs and it great looking too. Slowly getting used to the controls, thus been enjoying playing around with Link and Megaman more. I never knew about the omega form exactly which is a pretty nice addition that can encourage high end competitive events to not just stick with Final Destination.:P

Quick highs and lows after 6 hours. It's day one for me and my hype for the Wii U version is even greater now.
