Smash My PS3!1!1!!!1 Umm...Donate Much Noob?

So I thought to myself wow....

Here on system wars we pride ourselves as greater than humanity...but wow...

I saw the infamous smash my PS3 vid today and was like wow...people from the website donate money to get a PS3/360/Wii to smash...they do this to the DS and PSP too...

Why not donate that money to a poor kid who doesnt have a fancy new console...let him get a new console...but no..instead they smash it...wow...anyone esle think this is messed?

I mean...kids out there are really poor and cant afford the consoles nowdays..I mean shoot!!! XBOX AND PS2 WERE 300 WHEN THEY CAME OUT...!!! Norw they are 400 to 600 to get a "next gen console!!" so why not let this new generation have one? I mean hell donate tht money!!!:|

I ask you system wars..because you are the biggest fans...you above any other..KNOW the value of a new console...what do you think...do you agree these Smash my PS3/360/Wii people are parasites?

OK. So let's say they give it to one person and that person is happy with his/her new PS3.

On the other hand, they smash the PS3 and it entertains countless people worldwide because it's just something so out of the ordinary that it makes you laugh.

I know it's a waste and what not, but there's no denying it's pretty funny. I'm a Sony fan and I find those things funny still.

I think poor people have other needs besides video games, and people can spend their money on pretty well whatever they want...IAmRodyle

i also say donate to the poor, but i would like to say i have smashed a ps3, 360, or a wii. reminds me of viva la bam or jackass.
