I could be wrong, but I didn't see TC state he owned a gaming PC, so the fact they are also on the PC doesn't really matter. Unless you truly believe having the most exclusives is better then a larger lineup of games overall? Some people may also be crazy like me & prefer a controller over a mouse & keyboard. That might be related to my dislike for the Wiimote + nunchuck set up as well.

That is the best part actually, since more gamers get to play them, on PC and if some gamers want to play it for 149$ hardware and right in the living room, can go for a 360

Why would i ever buy a gaming PC to have in the living room, when i can play all PC games i want (even Majesty 2 is coming and Witcher 2) and i can play Alan Wake, Kameo, Banjo 3,Gears 3, Halo, Lost Odyssey, Project kingdoms, Kinect games etc on top on my 360, with ease of use, a pad i prefer by far and perfect fit in the living room and my huge TV ?

I never went to pc gaming anymore since the 360/ps3 came out Im much happier playing at home on the lounge on a nice big screen not thinking about how much my next gfx card or cpu will set me back.

No, it is really not at all, since

1. I want to game with a pad

2. i want it in my tight space living room, so towers are excluded

3. laptops cost an arm and leg for gaming and are never as powerfull as a euqivalent priced tower

4. i want ease of use, play games right away, never install a single byte of driver/patch myself

5. i prefer 360 exclusives to PCones, Fable 2, Alan Wake, Gears 2-3, Project Kingdoms, Banjo 3, Tales, Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, Kameo etc are not on PC, while Dragon Age 2 and Withcer 2 are coming to 360

6. It is cheap, i just need 149$ to play all games

In short, i would buy a xbox 360 over a PC anyday, in fact i would never buy a gaming PC under any circumstances as things are now (ALL PC gamesi want much are coming to my 360)

I have plans to pick up a 360 (not a slim) soon and i have already played most of the great games on the Xbox from my previous purchase. But i am curious, after Reach is their anything really left to look forward too? Please dont think this is a hate topic, i'm just haveing a hard time buying the thing again thinking the only gas the 360 has left is Reach... What are you looking forward too exclusive wise? Kinect seems to be hated pretty bad here, i see little hope in it, but of course we haven't seen much... Tell me what you think. And let me remind you this is not a hate on the 360 topic, im being quit honest about this...

A 360 Arcade that will play Mass Efrfect 2 fine is 149$, a equavalent PC is less or even close ?

and do you really like having a huge PC tower in the living room ? Or move the PC around when is needed for work ?

My work PC could easilly be upgraded to play any game, but i dont do it, i have 360 in the living room for my gaming

Aussie as well. You can get a custom PC made for cheaper then that & it will play new games fairly well. I'd still take the 360 for gaming any day though, except for Blizzard titles.

Why not wait for the other conferences and announcements to find out?

Right now what I'm most excited about is Castlevania: Harmony of Despair. But there are a LOT of games coming out. There's that Forza game, kingdom under fire 2, that crytek game, gears 3, mass effect 3, blah blah blah. The real thing you want to think about though is all the delicious multiplats that will be coming out, and there's a good chance that most of them will be superior on the 360. If not in performance and graphics, than at least in the multiplayer.

People here act like exclusives are the all important factor in gaming, when most exclusives this gen are boring cutscene fests with quicktime events and rental length single player modes. There are maybe 5 or 6 exclusives between the 360 and the ps3 that are worth their hype, and none of them are reasons to buy a system :(

complete fail. Fable 3 isn't the biggest RPG of 2010, it won't beat ME2. RAGE on 360 is not the better version. Medal of Honor and Dead Space come with more content on the PS3 version.

How did Sony fire all their shots in 2010 ?? Sony has 2x as many AAAE releases marked for next year than it has this whole year and has more exclusives to announce like Uncharted 3 and Resistance 3. MS never tells you because they hardly produce there own exclusive franchises. MS has to rely on 3rd party developers to developer exclusives.

I agree. I remember these kind of threads in 06, 07, 08 and 09 and 360 allways end´s up having it´s AA and AAA exclusives at the end of a year. Not to talk about the full third party support with the best versions of most games and 360/PC multiplats like ME, L4D, Metro, etc.
