Because, you know, 20 billion dollars is chump change. If this goes down, it's arguably a much better catch than the whole Activision thing. Take-Two actually has good games. What would be the point of buying?

Based on Sony's own arguments, wouldn't the FTC/CMA require an "essential" game (GTA) to be on every platform like CoD?

Who would buy Take Two without GTA?

Take2 is worth 19.6 billion which Sony can’t afford. More to the point Sony would have to pay double their worth which is laughable.

Jesus Christ... the gaming press is desperate for news aren't they? Anyone with a Twitter account and a uncle working at Sony is enough to be accepted as a credible source.
