So basically the only difference between DA:O on PS3 and 360 is graphics?

so i was at best buy today...planning on only getting brutal legend for $35, but i had no idea L4D2 and DA were also $35...so i had to pick them up, i mean they just came out like in the last two weeks, great deals

i got all three games on the 360 (obviously for L4D2)

but now i'm hearing that DA on PS3 is better...that the graphics are really that much better on the PS3 version

is that true? i mean i'm not someone who cares too much about graphics, so is the better graphics on the PS3 that good enough of a reason to go back and swap them?

i use my 360 more, i think the 360 controller is more comfortable than a PS3 controller, and i plan on getting ME2 so i can get that blood armor or whatever....so those are factors for me not to swap them

and if anyone wants to post side by side comparison pics please feel free to

yea, the PS3 is visually better (and yes, just so you hermits shut up...OBVIOUSLY the PC is better than both of them)

but it isn't that much of a difference....looks like once i start playing and get deep into the game i just won't care at all

it was mostly just darker and richer colors and some textures on trees and stuff...but the 360 version isn't that much worse

i think i'll keep it

i'm just shocked cause usually 90% of multiplats look better on 360 than PS3...plus this was a bioware title so they weren't too familiar with the PS3

I have the PS3 version the framerate issues are there almost all the time to the point that it becomes really irritating. Haven't played the 360 so i can't really compare them but the PS3 version has A LOT framerate issues. Its a great game nevertheless.

yea i agree...it did have a lot taken out of it

but i played IW first....that's probably why i liked it more than others

enviroment wise...it was bland...except for all of seattle...idk why but i love exploring seattle...upper and lower

It might just be your PS3. When I watched my cousin play the game, the only problem I saw was when a lot of enemies come on screen and the game would lag a bit. Aside from that, I saw no other issues.

I find this odd, seen the occasional frame dropped in a cutscene, but it's never chugged in the gameplay, it certainly better than mass effect on the 360, maybe ps3 users just arent used to 24fps

The lemmings are usually head over heels when a game looks better on the 360 and won't let it go.
