So Cows and Lemmings, what excuses are you going to make during this months NDP?

1. Sales dont matter! ...

even though historically speaking the best selling console has always nabbed the lions share of software support

2. The Wii is a fad!...

wow this apparant fad is starting to span  out for a pretty damn long time.... any of you starting to get uncomfortable that ... perhaps... it's not a fad? lol 

3. It's just because the Wii is cheaper!...

even though with the PS3/360's higher price, comes more powerful hardware (ie; better graphics, online, multi-media features ect) should justify the cost of their consoles -- making them just as worthy a purchase as the Wii... looks like consumers didnt agree ;)

I won't care because it still hasn't outsold the 360 overall and the fact that the console itself is garbage softens the blow. Endfinal

One word "CHEAP"

Price- It doesnt matter wat you say, a casual would rather pay 300$ then 600$ if they dont know the advantages of the ps3

Lemmings don't need to make excuses they're doing just great. Cows though, I can't wait to see. I think they'll just keep telling us to wait until the fad dies out. They just wish the P3 was a 'fad' the same way.OfficialJab

The Wii may see a lot of support as far as number of games , but that doesn't always = quality. 

The Wii can sell a billion consoles, it won't change the fact that it doesent have a single game I'm interested in and it has terrible graphics (I care about graphics and gameplay not one or the other). If people want to waste their money on mini-games with motion control, by all means do it.jack244

As far as the fad argument goes , fads can last quite a while. Nobody is saying that the Wii won't sell well for a couple of years but until it shows that it can sell in years 3-4-5 then you really can't say that it won't be a fad or will be a fad at this point.

The Wii will NEVER EVER get Oblivion,UT3,DMC4,VF5 ect..ect..

Enjoy your RE4 ports and crappy PS2 hand me downs from devs trying to make a quick buck.

never in my life have i witnessed more damage control than what has been demonstrated by the cows and lemmings in this thread

"but....but...its cheap!" - then why didn't the gamecube win last gen? it was the cheapest. face it, there are other reasons why the wii is winning - innovation being the main reason.

"but....but....wii is trash!" - then trash is outselling/outperforming your favourite console in the market. thats gotta BURN.
