So do you kids still play Titanfall?

05 Halo 2 live player here, 05 Perfect Dark Zero player here.

So was Titanfall worth all that hype or were u kids just brainwashed into thinking it was a good game? My roommate owns an xbox one in the living room and he was playing it and all I could do was shake my head at it. It's not a real game, no thought or ambition was put into the jesus christ game, I can see that from a mile away.

Now that destiny is out I see no point in even thinking about TitanSHIT.

P.S I also think Destiny is a waste of time, more thought was put into it but the gameplay isn't innovative at all, whats the point then?

P.S I own no console, I'll probably pick an xbox one up when Halo collection comes out... assholes.

i reinstalled it the other day, i love the wall running and pilo/titan interplay but it needs more game modes and some tweeks to the formula like removing bots or making them stand out more and having them not shoot at u and of course get rid of smart pistol

I dont play it any more but I think it was a decent game and sunk no more or no less hours into it than I do most other titles when I first buy it. The overinflated hype was due to it being a potential COD killer prior to release and it didnt live up to that hype. Equally its a solid title and doesnt deserve the to be criticised as much as it does by a select few. The game was good fun. Thats what its all about. Destiny on the other hand is shite. Iv genuinely never played a less engaging game in my life. I played for 2 hours on launch day and never touched it again. Awful.

Destiny is huge in scope and Titanfall is a multiplayer game with a hanful of maps and game modes, the two are not comparable in the slightest. Yes more effort went into Destiny but that's due to its size.

Ive played many many many hours of Titanfall and often lost track of time whilst plying it because it could be an engaging experience, with destiny I felt like II wanted my two hours back.

only played it for 2 weeks, same with Battlefiled 4. seems like i'm not into online FPS games anymore, still very excited for Far Cry 4 though.. can't wait

Yes, I still do, it's a fun game I can play any time I want in increments even as small as 10-15 minutes since this is how long a full round lasts. I also believe I'm very skilled at it and I'd love to challenge all the system warriors.

Don't play much anymore but I put about 100 hours into it at launch which is more than most multiplayer games I play.

nope. havent played it for awhile after the non titan playlist was introduced. It was fun on smaller maps, but we all know that titanfall maps are huge...this was worse than ghost because the maps are bigger, really vertical and that cloak/ sniper on a roof.

i have more fun with destiny...but i'm starting to see i dont have the same stamina for competitive fps games

Desticrap and Titanpoop both are half a game with online only DRM that everyone seems to be okay with. Even though they hated on the xbox one for wanting to be online only.

with a shotgun u have to aim, smart pistol is auto aim piece of shit that should burn in hell fires

I still play TF from time to time, it isn't revolutionary but it is a great shooter. Well balanced guns, great map design, titan/pilot gameplay, and one of the best parkour systems in a shooter has to be worth something.

@aGuerillaUnit: No. It had a good 2-3 week game life and I stopped playing it a few weeks after launch in March.

The game made people feel like they were good due to the stupid bots running around, eh. The only one I know still playing it just got their Xbone last week so the game is new to them.

if someone gets the drop on u they still have to aim to kill u, with smart pistol it is 100% kill all the time whereas with any other guns sometimes u may mess up and get killed urself. also with smart pistol players can wall run/jump/doublejump and still main 100% accuracy with gun whereas with other guns it takes skill to wall run and maintain aim.

smart pistol is a piece of shit period that has no place in a multiplayer game. the least they can do is inform someone that they are being locked on and have a pointer towards their direction.

i dont complain when someone gets the drop on me because that can happen but when someone is wall running and maintaining 100% accuracy guaranteed thats fukin bullshit

Still installed on my PC, still played some matches yesterday, and still keep getting into matches quick and with full lobbies. The game being "dead" must be an Xbox One thing.

Titanfall and Destiny are games you can sell back

Large issues with the Xbox One revolved around the idea that those games were tied to your account and not in a position to be sold to the 2nd hand market or traded among your friends.

i play titanfall almost every day, it actually took cod's place with me, my girl would still rather play cod though, i just enoy the free movement that you dont get in any other fps, if any of yall play, im looking for some adult buddies with head sets to team up with, usually play hard point or capture the flag, add me, im on 360 Mik3yBeEasy
