So does the new PS3 bundle really justify no PS3 price cut?

Yeah, if you got to know me, I'm cool, I would respect the PS3 more, but it only has 9 good exclusives not counting PSN games, so I bash it for having less good games than 360. By the end of this year, it looks to have 12-13 great exclusives, and it's near surpassing the 360.mitu123

The PS3 came out a year later than the 360. You should take that into consideration.

even if PS3 did offer more than others (which imo is just about the same)...the 360 is still a hell of alot cheaper than the PS3 and lots of others will buy that before the PS3 simply because of price and it being almost the exact same thing

someone said on the PS3 forums that now they don't need to price cut because of this deal...but do some of you believe that to be true?

i mean MGS4 is like $26 at gamestop and killzone 2 can be gotten for like $40 on ebay...that's only saving someone $66, not $100

so if your planning on getting both of those games, then your not saving yourself any money, just time

also, not everyone who wants a PS3 wants these two games, so how would this appeal to those people?

and finally, this is only available at best buy, and right now seems to be only online as it says no instore pickup available...so that's extra for shipping

does anyone really feel as if this bundle is better than a price cut? i don't

They bundles it with 2 highly rated games. Don't see how you can go wrong with that bundle. Beats the heck out of some Kung-Fu Panda bundle.

The bundle makes a slim PS3 look like it may be coming soon. This deal is mainly to finish off the large PS3s at the $400 price point

It's a great deal and long overdue.

Though, personally, I don't care about MGS4.

Resistance 2 in place of MGS4 would have made the deal even better, but that's just me.
