I haven't played (but do own) Fire Emblem and Blood Dragon yet. So I don't want to say.
Can't believe Tomb Raider got mentioned. That game was kinda run of the mill. Everything in that game felt like it could have been so much more than it was.
The Walking Dead by Telltale games. That game's story and atmosphere was outstanding. I really felt that I was apart of the story with all the different choices and events. I really enjoyed that game and I hate that when it was over, it was over. I'm Looking forward to the next Walking Dead game by Telltale.
