For me, it would be either:

Lego Indiana Jones (Wii)- Funny, fun coop and single player. Although, it did spoil The Last Crusade for me, though.

Dragon Ball: Origins (DS)- Mentioned this a lot in the past, but I can't help it when this game beats all Dragon Ball games, even the two I played last gen (DBZ: Budokai and DBZ: Legendary Super Warriors). The genre suited the series and proved that it's not just anime/manga fans can enjoy anime/manga based games based on that title. Also proving that Dragon Ball is good in other genres, not just the fighting games.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed (Wii)- The story is great, it's fun to use the Wii Remote as a lightsaber. Even awesome force power usage is fun.

And probably more. How about you guys?

I don't know the best one but I liked Bleach: Blade of Fate, Bleach: Dark Souls and DBZ:BT3.

Arkham Asylum is the one true king of comic adaptions. I also like Dragon Ball Raging Blast .

I'd add that for a completely new IP and unlicensed comic book game, Infamous holds its own with Batman: AA except Batman: AA edges it out in the voice acting department, which isn't surprising since they got Mark Hamill and whatshisname to voice Batman.

Not counting batman because that game is just so freakin good, I would say Naruto Ultimate ninja storm. A few tweeks to that game and they would have had an awesome fighting game with long legs. Seriously just add online multiplayer and 2 on 2 or even 3 on 3 matches and that game would have went from good to amazing. Oh and possibly more varied enviorments....

I agree.

GOTY for me so far. I know Uncharted 2 is great , but Batman is much more fun to be than Nathan Drake imo.

if it's not licensed, does it really need be mentioned in this thread? I thought licensed was what this was about. I liked Infamous, but Prototype was more fun in terms of powers, and AA was just a comic fans dream come true, imo.

Licensed or not, InFamous is very heavily influenced by comic books and even tells its story in a comic book fashion, so I think it deserves a nod ITT.
