No (I own and enjoy my Wii), the move, and not really those that are die-hard Wii fans still will be.

I've never been against it. I just want the games to make good use of them. I got rid of my Wii because all the games I played on it either barely used motion controls, used them poorly or didn't use them at all and most of the time it just didn't feel as competent as it should be.

If great games can come from these new peripherals and the use of the controls don't feel half baked or sloppily throw in then great. If not, lame.

1. No. I love my Wii. 2. Kinect won't be better. Just different. And I refuse to like Move until they give it a decent name (which I guess they won't be doing at this point). 3. I don't know at this point.

1. Was kind of a Wii basher... simply because the system is filled with so much shovelware outside of a few Nintendo-made standouts; but after seeing Mario Galaxy 2, Metroid M, and Mickey, I'm ready to drink the kool-aid again.

2. I think both seem to be more accurate and complete than the Wii in terms of tracking motion and getting full use out of it. Personally, even though I don't really care for either, I think the Move looks more functional. I don't like the idea of holding nothing in your hand and pretending to do something. With Move, at least when you are swinging a sword/holding a gun/swinging a bat, you have something tangible in your hand that lends to the immersiveness.

3. No, it's really too late in the game. Wii has already cemented itself as the casual gamer's console in the market. Sony and MS will have some success perhaps, but I predict both will be pretty gimmicky.

1.)No I love the Wii

2.) I'm not sure

3.) I doubt it but anything can happen.

4.) I'm interested in a few games for Move like Child of Eden and Heroes on the Move. One of them is also for Kinect.

I still don't care for motion controls. I wouldn't mind using them to play great games like Mario or Zelda but I'd rather use a traditional gamepad. But it'll be funny seeing the fanboys support one and hate the other when they're almost the same thing.

I don't fully get you, what do you mean, for the menu navigation and such? It's good for that, but for it's main intended purpose, nah bro, I'll pass. If you think you look silly playing Wii, wait until you play Kinect. i'll buy the 360 redesign, because that was the most worthy thing about MS's conference.

I always said and feel that motion (wii) was and is a gimmick. However when it sells like hotcakes it doesnt matter what it is and the competition will jump on board to take advantage and profit. Nintendo has 3d with 3ds sony has 3d with ps3 and well i wont be shocked to hear something on 3d for 360 later this year or at next years e3.

ya i heard that thing is ms hasnt talked about it at all. Wouldnt the 360 probably need some kind of update to make 3d work? Or besides having the tv and glasses is it going to just work.

Idk, I really want to like kinect, I mean the concept is pretty cool, but in execution it just looks like garbage. They need to get some real developers behind it before I can start taking it seriously.

I think that the whole motion control thing isn't the greatest. I'll have to see it in practice. And by that I mean I use it and see how it is. I always hated the Wii, mostly for the lack of truly interesting games, but also because all the games ive seen are more of a waggle style then actual motion control. Microsoft and Sony both have seemed to to a decent job of upgrading the motion control the Wii has. I'll only be getting Move, if I get one. I jut think playing Heavy Rain with move will be GODLY.

1. Yes. I felt the wii was a gimmick. Not in terms of hardware but I felt ninety was milking their audience and sacrificing gameplay and quality in the name of innovation. 2. I think the Move has an advantage with the Ps3s power. But the question of what's better is dependent on the games made on both platforms. In the technical aspect I think the move is actally more accurate. Both plats work different way so... Plus perhaps the move got to learn from the wiimote's mistake. 3. I don't think so. But I think it'll be tedious to even try. The other systems already have a core of players and this motion things are just addon and side accessorices they're intergrating to add a new dimension of gaming to their platform. The can be successful but I don't think they'll be snatching the wii's audience of grandmas and underage children.

nah microsoft wants to put kinect into other things, thats why you can use it for the PC, microsoft talked about a world where you dont need a remote or controller. I think microsoft took a tech and is beta testing it with gaming..and im soo buying the 360 redesign

Maybe they'll use their new tech that allows 3D without glasses, although I'd expect that'd be to experimental still.

1. Yes. 2. No, neither one solves the primary issue of motion controls (lack of feedback). 3. No, Nintendo's games appeal to a larger audience and this is the source of its popularity, not the motion controls (though they certainly help enable said accessibility).

1 no wii is awesome 2 i havent used them yet so im not sure. on paper move is technically superior allright and kinetic remains a bit of a puzzle to me..but its also kewl. 3 really hard to say at this time. they probably will a bit...but will it really be something for ninty to worry about or not.....really hard to say.
